We think that the Wheatsheaf, or the Wheaty, as it is affectionately known, is a wonderful country pub in a lovely Cambridgeshire village of Gamlingay.

Our aim is quite simple, to provide a great range of real ales, lagers, wines and food in a clean and comfortable, family friendly pub; we are proud to be CaskMarque accredited for the quality of ales on offer.

In our view, proper pubs should be at the heart of a community; we support a number of pub teams and have live music on Fridays.

We are also dog friendly - Tina will no doubt have a stock of dog biscuits behind the bar.

Our current opening times are:

Monday to Wednesday:    16.00 - 23.30

Thursday:                            12.30 - 23.30

Friday:                                 12.30 - 0.30

Saturday:                             12.30 - 0.30

Sunday:                               12.30 - 23.30
